Sponsorship Opportunities

Make the most of this year's event by sponsoring a specific portion of the event. Contact Christopher Moffat at (269) 927-8752 to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Fund-a-Need, Help! – The Beatles - up to $10,000
Attendees respond generously to support unique needs. Would your organization like to be the exclusive sponsor to provide matching funds for dollars raised through a live auction “raise your paddle” item? Each year the college identifies unique programs or services that have a great impact on student success. Talk to us about the needs of our students and we will help find a need that fits your organization’s interest.
Did you know: Help! spent nine weeks on top of the U.S. charts in 1965?

Silent Auction

Silent Auction Sponsor, Silence is Golden – The Tremeloes - $10,000
The silent auction fills the room and creates historic battles of bids for this worthwhile cause. Be a part of the bidding fun by helping to underwrite the work that goes into procurement, setup and display of more than 300 silent auction items. As the silent auction sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on the smartphones of all people bidding on the silent auction beginning one week prior to the event until the event ends. Your company logo will also be displayed on the silent auction tables throughout the evening. This sponsorship can be split between 2 sponsors at $5,000 each.
Did you know: This song peaked at #11 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1967.

RainMaker Sponsor, I’m Into Something Good – Herman’s Hermits - up to $5,000
You select the item(s) of your choice from the live Auction list and agree to match the highest bid. The actual amount of your sponsorship depends on the final selling price of the item, up to $2,500 for some items, and up to $5,000 for top-shelf items. This sponsorship is limited to two.
Did you know: Although this song became famous when covered by Herman’s Hermits, it was originally recorded by Earl-Jean McCrea of The Cookies.

Catalog Sponsor, Color My World – Petula Clark - $3,500
Your company will be featured on the back cover. The Auction catalog is every attendee’s must have item with details on each auction item, its value and booth location.
Did you know: This song was not nearly as successful as previous Clark releases, topping out at #16 on the U.S. charts. It failed to reach the top 50 in the U.K.

Food and Beverage

Food & Beverage Sponsor, Mellow Yellow – Donovan - $2,500
Your name will be recognized in a creative way for supporting a key piece of the festivities. Each year the Winner’s Circle Auction is notable not only for the funds we raise for a good cause, but also because of the quality of the food and beverage.
Did you know: Contrary to rumor at the time it’s Donovan, not Paul McCartney, who says “quite rightly” in the background of this song. McCartney did play bass on the Mellow Yellow album.

Dance Sponsor, Hippy Hippy Shake – Swinging Blue Jeans - $2,500
A British Invasion without dancing? Never! The after auction dance caps off the night. Be a sponsor for this piece of the evening and encourage others to shake like a hippie!
Did you know: This 1964 gem was the biggest commercial success for Swinging Blue Jeans, narrowly missing the Billboard Top Twenty.

Decoration Sponsor, I Like It Like That – Dave Clark Five - $2,500
You and your organization will be featured as a key contributor for helping to create the festive environment the auction is known for. Be a part of what makes each auction unique and help create the atmosphere that makes for an event to remember. Did you know: The Dave Clark Five weren’t even the most successful recorder of this song, it was #2 for Chris Kenner in 1961.

Entertainment Sponsor, Wild Thing – The Troggs - $2,500
Your support will help set the stage for a truly enjoyable evening. Music makes the Winner’s Circle event come to life.

Centerpiece Sponsor, Dandelion – The Rolling Stones - $2,500
Your organization’s name will be prominently displayed on each and every table. Centerpieces enhance the theme of the auction and are available for table hosts to take home after the event.
Did you know: The first demo version of this song was recorded in 1966. It was titled Sometimes Happy, Sometimes Blue and Keith Richards sang the lead vocals. Aren’t you glad that wasn’t the version released on the U.S. charts?

Appetizer Sponsor, Sugar and Spice – The Searchers -  $1,500 – $4,000
Appetizer stations will enhance the flow and décor of the event. The event is known for an outstanding meal and these appetizer stations will not disappoint! Choose 1 of 3 stations for $1,500 or all 3 for $4,000.
Did you know: Not the most popular song of the British Invasion, this song barely made the Top 50 on the U.S. charts in 1963.

E-Blast Advertising Sponsor, I’m Telling You Now – Freddie and the Dreamers - $1,500
Your name will be recognized on a minimum of 5 e-blasts for your key support of the Winner’s Circle auction. Ever wish that you could get your company’s name in front of our mail list? Each year, we e-blast item and auction highlights to hundreds of current and past attendees.
