To assist adults who want to further their education, LMC is once again offering College Essentials: A Guide for Adult Students, a 5-week free workshop for adult students. The one-night-a-week sessions begin the week of October 8.
“This is just the first step in developing a new model that breaks the mold of traditional offerings and the settings in which advanced education in manufacturing is delivered,” stated LMC President Dr. Robert Harrison.
“More than one-third of the students at the Bertrand Crossing campus are health science majors, and the science labs are central to their educational experience,” stated Harrison.

Classes offered include Beginning Hip Hop and Jazz Dance, a Community Ceramics Class, Spanish for Fun, a Community Mosaic Class, and Psychology of Women.
