BENTON TOWNSHIP, MI – Lake Michigan College will host an Emerging Careers Open House on July 23 at 6 p.m. in the Mendel Center’s Dance & Drama Room (F-117) on the Napier Avenue Campus.
The free event is designed to help adults who are thinking about going back to school or pursing a new career understand the options they have before them.
The Emerging Careers Open House will feature:
“HOT” Jobs Report - LMC President Dr. Bob Harrison will the outline latest national, regional, and local trends in today’s job markets.
NEW Opportunities - Leslie Kellogg, Dean of Career Education and Workforce Development, will discuss new professional programs at the College, as well as significant upgrades to existing ones.
Personalized Sessions - These sessions are broken out by program and will feature; advising, career demonstrations, job placement, and salary expectations.
