**National Student Clearinghouse
If an office (external to IR) must adhere to a timeframe/set of guidelines (outside of the 4-6 week policy set by NSC and LMC) they need to contact IR directly so the IR offices can comply with transmission needs. IR will always default to following IR best practices, the NSC 4-6 week window recommendation, and the LMC 6-week policy (published) if not given instructions to do otherwise.
