Join us for the Weight Watchers meetings. Weight Watchers is designed to give people the motivation and structure they need to succeed. It is a comprehensive weight management program that focuses on four key components: diet, exercise, behavior change, and support. It also teaches members to eat sensibly in any situation without having to make drastic changes or purchase pre-packaged food or dietary supplements. Discounts do not apply.

Time: 5:30—7:00pm (Weigh-in at 5pm)
