How to Make (Almost) Anything Fab: The Fab Lab
Have you ever dreamed of creating something… anything…your very own original invention, but the prototype only existed in your mind? Well, your dreams have just come true! Now you have the power and technology to make anything! Welcome to Lake Michigan College’s Fabrication Laboratory (Fab Lab), a personal fabrication lab where anyone can make just about anything. Conceived and guided by MIT professor and inventor Neil Gershenfeld, Fab Labs are a place where you can use simple technology to create your own inventions. Community members young and old can learn to use Fab Lab tools to work on projects of their own choosing, completing at least one project.
