February Community Education Classes at South Haven Campus

SOUTH HAVEN, MI – Lake Michigan College’s South Haven Campus is offering several non-credit community education classes and workshops throughout the winter, including a watercolor techniques art class and a parenting tips class in February. Parenting Tips: Let’s Learn from Each Other
Parents will learn new insights to the very crucial subject of children and the future. Learn how to give children the skills needed to become successful in the classroom and later as empowered and successful adults.

Date: Thursdays, February 3-24

Time: 7-8 p.m.

Location: Room 141

Cost: $19

Art Book of Watercolor Techniques
Create a handmade art book while experimenting with a variety of watercolor techniques. This accordion-style book will help students remember the fun and interesting techniques taught. Upon completion of the class, students will be able to fill the art books with favorite sayings, poems and items of their choice to give away as a special gift or as a keepsake.

Date: Tuesdays, February 15 - March 15

Time: 6-9 p.m.
