Winter Semester LMC Community Education at South Haven Campus: Try Wine 101

SOUTH HAVEN, MI – Lake Michigan College’s South Haven Campus is offering several Community Education classes that begin in January, including bowling and sewing classes, as well as the popular Wine 101.

Wine 101
Ruth Ryberg—certified sommelier and owner of Don’t Whine Do Wine, a consulting company—returns to LMC with Wine 101, a course designed for anyone who wants to learn about wine. Designed for the novice wine taster, winery employee, or casual wine drinker, this introduction includes deciphering wine labels, understanding varietal differences, and grasping grape geography. The six-week course concludes with a wine tasting. Must be 21. No discounts.
