In his kitchen at Orchard Hills Country Club and out on his deck overlooking the St. Joseph River, Chef Tim Carrigan will explore different meats, cuts, flavorings, and serving ideas to help our summer grilling parties go off with a bang. Learn to infuse flavor into our grilled foods, and invoke ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ from our party guests. Chef Tim’s effortless unflappability will help us see that even beginners can grill up a treat. Some eating of homework is required.
