Cooking with Herbs

Chef Tim Carrigan will lead us from the magnificent herb garden he has right outside his kitchen window into his creative kitchen, where he will show us how to use herbs to infuse every day dishes with flavor and aromas to brighten up our culinary repertoire. The choices, the possibilities, and the flavors are endless. Some eating of homework is required. This course is part of an exciting new collaboration with our friends at the beautiful Fernwood Botanical Garden.
