Country Night at LMC’s Mendel Center will feature line dancing and the Brian Randall Band

October 2, 2013

BENTON TOWNSHIP, MI – Lake Michigan College Mendel Center Conference & Event Services will present Country Night with the Brian Randall Band on October 19, 2013, from 6:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

The Brian Randall Band is a local classic and modern country group with a large West Michigan following.  The band plays a mix of modern country like Jason Aldean and classic Lynard Skynard, along with original music from their recently finished seven-song EP titled "Guys Night Out." They didn’t have a weekend off all summer, and played at venues in Battle Creek, Grand Rapids, St. Joseph, Three Oaks, and everywhere in between.

Before the band begins at 8:30, Graziano Dance will provide line dancing instruction. JAM Photographz/Hojara Photography will be onsite taking “wild west” photos of visitors, and Vertical Edge Entertainment will bring their mechanical bull. The Corn Cob Queen and Pumpkin Princess contests are sponsored by Piggott’s Farm Market. Conference and Event Services Director Tonya Martindale added, “Televisions at the bar will be tuned to the big games, so no one has to miss how their team is doing.”

Country Night is $10 at the door, which includes tickets for finger foods, with a cash bar, and credit cards will be accepted. Kids 10 and under get in free.

LMC’s Mendel Center Upton Hall is located at 2755 E. Napier Avenue in Benton Harbor. Call (269) 927-8700 for more information or to pre-order tickets. More information can be found online at www.countrynight.us.
