Certificate and Degree Options - Electronics Technology

Employers of electronics technicians will look for individuals with an associate's degree who are skilled in new technology. By completing your degree at LMC you are strengthening your knowledge and skills that are necessary to get far in the electronics technology field. If you wish to continue your education, a four-year degree can only open more employment opportunities.

2-Year Program
The Electronics Technology program guides you to a two-year Associate in Industrial Technology degree. Upon graduation, will be qualified to work in many commercial or industrial companies.

Transfer Program
The Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology program is designed as a transfer program with Ferris State and Siena Heights University. Upon graduation from LMC, you can move on to Ferris State or Siena Heights to earn a four-year degree.

Transferring to Other Schools
If you are interested in transferring to a four-year school to complete your bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering technology, you should work with your counselor or academic advisor to ensure that your courses will transfer to the school of your choice.
