Certificate and Degree Options - Hospitality Management

Completing your associate's degree will get you far in the hospitality industry. If you wish to continue your education, a four-year degree can only open more opportunities for employment.

2-Year Program
Lake Michigan College's Hospitality Management program gives you the option of earning a one-year certificate or a two-year Associate in Applied Science degree. Upon graduation, you can select from a variety of hospitality-related positions in restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs, and travel and tourism services.

Transfer Program
LMC's Hospitality and Tourism Management program is designed as a transfer program with Grand Valley State University. Upon graduation from LMC, you can move on to GVSU to earn a four-year degree

Transferring to Other Schools
If you are interested in transferring to a four-year school other than GVSU to complete your bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management, you should work with your counselor or academic advisor to ensure that your courses will transfer to the school of your choice.
