Certificate and Degree Options
- Radiologic Technology
Associate's Degree Program
Upon completion of the 61-credit Radiologic
Technology program, students are awarded an Associate in
Applied Science degree. At that time, graduates are eligible
to sit for the certification examination given by the American
Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography.
Any applicant who has been convicted of a felony must pre-apply
to ARRT to determine eligibility to sit for the national certification
examination.
Transferring to Other Schools
Those interested in transferring to a four-year school to complete
a bachelor's degree in radiologic technology should work with
a Lake Michigan College counselor or academic advisor to ensure
that courses will transfer to the school of choice.
