Cost
$750 - Community Leadership Academy tuition covers speaker
fees, program materials, transportation costs, meals, orientation
and graduation.
Scholarships
Limited partial scholarships for candidates from non-profit
organizations are available. See appplication form.
Selection Process
Up to 25 participants are selected each year from a diverse
group of candidates. Nominations are reviewed by a selection
committee and paricipants are carefully selected to represent
our community's social, geographic, economic and ethic diversity.
Applicants will be notified of their application status by Monday,
January 8, 2007. Criteria for selecting Academy participants
include:

Leadership potential
-
Interest in community affairs
-
Volunteer achievement and leadership at the
occupational, personal or community level
-
Commitment to complete the entire Academy
-
Sponsor's commitment to the Academy
