Conference and Event Services - Dinner Packages


The Complete Dinner Package
(50 Person Minimum)
Conference and Event Services offers a Complete Dinner Package. Unlike a la carte method based on the individual tallying of room(s), food, and bar, the completed dinner package is calculated on a flat per-person charge.

The Complete Dinner Package includes:
  • Room & Set up Included in the package is space for your dinner.
  • The room is yours for a period of 6 hours.
  • Access to the room is two-hours prior to the event.
  • The room will be set with tables, chairs, linen, and china table service.
  • Included are a platform up to 16' x 24' in size along with a podium and a standing mic.
  • An 18' registration table and one 60" round appetizer table that have been clothed and skirted is included.
  • A dance floor (24' x 24' maximum size), if appropriate is included along with (1) DJ platform.
  • No tech support is supplied with this package.
  • One Security Officer will be scheduled for your event.
Social Hour
  • A cheese display featuring a variety of chesses presented with crackers.
  • Vegetable Basket offering a selection of seasonal fresh vegetables served with a Ranch dip.
  • Maximum service is one hour prior to dinner.
Dinner
  • The Complete Dinner Package includes a Buffet Dinner with your choice of two Entrées and three side dishes.
  • Dinner includes Rolls & Butter, Iced Water and Beverage Buffet with Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee, and Hot Teas.
  • For dessert, select from one of the following: Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, or Chocolate Layer Cake.
Bar Service
  • The package includes a fully hosted bar with Call Brands for 5 ½ hours.
  • Last call will be given 15 minutes prior to bar closing.
All of this is included for $36.25/person, inclusive of Michigan Sales Tax. You can upgrade to Premium Brands at the bar for a price of $41.55/person. The Complete Dinner Package is also offered with limited beverage service of beer, wine and soft drinks for $32.28/person. Modifications to the Complete Dinner Package are not permitted.

Service includes China, Flatware & Linen. Dinner includes your selection of a Salad, Entrée, (2) Sides, Rolls, Butter, and Iced Water. Hot Tea available upon request.

  • Garden Salad: Iceberg Lettuce with Carrots, Tomatoes and Red Cabbage
  • Field Greens Salad: a medley of Gourmet Greens
  • Spinach Salad: Fresh Spinach topped with Mushrooms, Egg and Red Onion

    Specialty Salads Please add $ .50/ person
    • Cranberry Orange Salad: Field Greens garnished with dried Cranberries and Mandarin Orange segments.
    • Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad: Field Greens topped with crumbled Blue Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and Sliced Pears with an Herb Vinaigrette Dressing Dressing

  • Please select one dressing: Italian Vinaigrette, Ranch, French, Honey Dijon or Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressings

If you wish the dressing preset on the table, please add $ .25/person per dressing.

Dinner Buffet Pricing Options:
Each additional Entrée is $2.25 per person.
Each additional Side Dish is $1.25 per person.
To add soup, please add $1.95 per person.
