May
we bring in our own decorations?
Yes, but please follow our decorating guidelines. Also note that
minimal decorations are allowed in the lobby. Client is responsible
for the removal of all decorations.
May we bring in linens from another company?
Yes. However, there may be a storage/handling fee if we will be
responsible for getting the items shipped back.
What if my Bridal Party is more than 12 people?
Platforms may be rented at $10.00 per section
Where is the dance floor?
It is made up of 3' x 3' sections that are placed in the room.
May I order personalized labels for bottles of non-alcoholic,
wine or champagne from a vineyard?
Yes. You need to arrange payment for the labels through the
winery and order the product through us.
May
we rent champagne or wine glasses?
Yes. They are $ .25 each. Please ask for quotes on bottles of
non-alcoholic sparkling juice, wine or champagne to serve your
guests.
May we have a chocolate fountain?
Yes. It is based upon availability. Please ask for more details.
May we rent a punch fountain, frozen drink machine and/or
an ice sculpture from an outside vendor?
Yes. There will be additional set up and clean up fees associated
with those items.
May we have a DVD presentation?
Yes. It is $100.00 to rent our video data projectors.
What if we (the Bridal Party) are behind schedule and arrive
to the Mendel Center later than we had anticipated?
You will incur overtime charges if your buffet or served meal
runs more than 30 minutes beyond its original start time.
May we choose more than 1 dressing choice for our salads?
Yes. If you wish to have 2 dressing choices pre-set on the tables
it is $.50 extra per person. Another option you have is to put
the salad on the buffet with a choice of 3 dressings at no additional
charge.
May we add entrées or side dishes onto the package
price?
Yes. Additional entrées are $2.25 per person and side dishes
are an additional $1.25 per person.
May we have a dollar dance?
Yes. Fifths of alcohol are $25.00 per bottle and there is a $50.00
charge for our staff to handle the alcohol during this time.
Can we have a family member or friend cut our wedding cake?
Yes. However, there will be a clean up fee for any mess left
behind.
May
we add additional hours of room rent to the package?
Yes. The rate is $150.00 per hour. However, this would need to
be planned prior to your event. The music must end by 12:30 am
and you need to plan on at least a half-hour of clean up time.
Room must be cleared by 1 am.
May we do assigned seating?
Yes. However, if you will have different numbers of seats at different
tables it is $.50 extra per person to have the room set accordingly.
We will set up a registration table in the lobby for place cards
and give you a room schematic ahead of time to assign tables.
We must have the room schematic at least 4 days before your event.
Can we have our wedding ceremony here as well?
Yes. We can accommodate indoor or outdoor wedding ceremonies.
