Learning Assistance Center

Our mission is to provide
Lake Michigan College students with academic support,which
encourages the development of independent learning skills
and student self-confidence in learning. |
The Learning Assistance Center offers you help with
homework, test preparation, studying and test strategies, and
peer editing. The Center also provides a place for you to study,
computer usage, and much more. Learning Assistance is available
free of charge to all Lake Michigan College students. Our Learning
Assistants are certified by the College Reading and Learning Association
(CRLA).
All Learning Assistants are available by appointment
only. Click on the link for Learning Assistants' Schedule and
Walk-In Schedule . The schedules are also posted inside the center
and are subject to change. Supplemental Instruction Schedule is
also available for your use.
