The Emergency Medical Services Courses train
personnel for positions in pre-hospital emergency care for sick
and injured individuals. A certificate of completion is awarded
for each course. Successful completion of a course will allow
the student to sit for the appropriate licensing examination
for Emergency Medical Technician offered by MDCIS, Division
of Emergency Medical Services and administered by the National
Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, Inc.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS &
PROCEDURE:

Fill out College Application.

Have high school transcripts (or GED results)
and college transcripts sent to the Admissions Office.

Take COMPASS Assessment. This is a
basic skills assessment which covers reading, writing
(English), and math. This is a College requirement for
all first time college students. Other students follow
catalog policy for admission.

academic advisor of the college for scheduling of classes.
