Associate in Arts Degree & Associate in Science Degree

Associate degree curricula representing the first two years of a four-year program are designed for successful transfer to senior colleges and universities. The Associate in Arts Degree (A.A.) generally is used for Humanities and Social Science programs, and the Associate in Science Degree (A.S.) generally is used for programs with large mathematics and science requirements.

Occupational Programs

Occupational programs are designed for persons seeking employment in careers where bachelor's degrees are not required, and may consist of a course or several courses that provide specific skill development, a series of courses that culminate in a Certificate of Achievement, or a sequence of courses at the completion of which an associated degree is awarded.
