Anne E. Mulder Scholarship
Amount: Varies
- For a student who exemplifies the personal qualities of a
commitment to quality, a concern for contribution, a demand
for responsiveness, and displays a respect for innovation.
- Do not need to demonstrate financial need to qualify
Benton Harbor Lions Club A. J. "Bud"
Hoffman Honorary Scholarship*
Amount: Varies
- For a recent high school graduate or a non-traditional student
- Must be a resident of the Benton Harbor area
- Demonstrate involvement in a community, church or school service
activity
- Must provide a letter of recommendation from a high school
principal, counselor or teacher
- Must be enrolled full-time
- Renewable for second year provided minumum cumulative 2.75
GPA after first semester and/or 3.0 GPA is maintained.
- Demonstrate financial need
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA)
Bernice Tiscornia Honors Program
Scholarship
Amount: Varies, may be used for tuition, fees and/or books
- Graduates of a Berrien County high school
- Current traditional college students
- Meet all requirements for acceptance into the Honors Program
- Document past community service activities
- Do not need to demonstrate financial need to qualify
Berrien County Bar Assocation Scholarship*
Amount: Varies
- For a high school senior resident of Berrien County
- Must intend to enroll full-time for Fall semester following
graduation
- Must have a minimum cumulative high school 3.0 GPA
- Show evidence of community involvement and/or school extra
curricular activities
- Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and continue full-time
enrollment to receive the Winter semester allocation
- Demonstrate financial need
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student

Golda & William Madison Memorial
Scholarship*
Amount: Varies
- For high school seniors
- Must have provided volunteer/leadership services to the Benton
Harbor area
- May be full-time or part-time
- Must maintain minimum 2.0 GPA to receive Winter semester allocation
- May re-apply for a second year
- Demonstrate financial need
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student

Race Relations Council Emerging Leaders
Scholarship*
Amount: $500 a year
- For a resident of Berrien County or the Covert Township school
district
- Must express, in an essay, the value of positive race relations
in their community and their vision of the role they anticipate
playing in building positive race relations after furthering
their education at LMC or beyond
- Essays judged on subject content, plausibility, and clarity
of expression
- Demonstrate unmet financial need
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA)
Race Relations Council Service Award
Scholarship*
Amount: $500
- For a resident of Berrien County or the Covert Township school
district who best documents his/her participation in events
or service projects that have contributed to positive race relations
within their community
- Demonstrate unmet financial need
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA)
Robert Small Scholarship
Amount: Varies
- For a high school senior
- Must be a resident of Benton Harbor or Benton Township
- Must enroll for a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester
- Demonstrate leadership through involvement in school, civic,
community, or church organizations
- Renewable upon maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA
- Do not need to demonstrate financial need to qualify

goals. The required qualifications for each scholarship are
