Scholarship Detail - South Haven Area Residents

Beta Sigma Phi Scholarship*
Amount: Up to $1,000

• Must reside in the South Haven service area
• Must be out of high school for a minimum of two years
• Will demonstrate the ability to succeed academically
• Will maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA to qualify for renewal
• Preference will be given to women who are raising young children
• May be full or part-time
• Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Rich Wohlfert Memorial Scholarship*
Amount: Varies, for tuition, fees & books for required Hospitality Management courses

• Residents of the South Haven, St. Joseph, or Benton Harbor areas
• Current high school graduates entering College for the first time, or
• Current or new college students, traditional or non-traditional
• Enrolled in the Hospitality Management program
• Have and maintain a 3.0 GPA for eligibility and/or renewal
• Preference will be given to students with one year's experience in the food service industry and with a demonstrated interest in a career in food service
• Full or part-time student
• Must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Rotary Club of South Haven Scholarship*
Amount: Varies

• Must be residents of the South Haven, Bangor or Covert School districts
• May be current high school graudates, entering college for the first time, or
• May be a current or new college student, traditional or non-traditional
• Must have a declared academic goal
• Must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA for eligibility and/or renewal
• May be a full-time or part-time student
• Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
