Off Campus Research Portal - (Databases and online catalog)

• Log in needed.
• This is the only way to access subscription databases from off campus. Databases can be searched either individually or simultaneously.
• Users can search the Online Catalog via the Portal.
• While 35 databases are displayed, clicking on a link to any of the FirstSearch, InfoTrac, or EBSCOhost databases allows access to more databases provided by those vendors.
• Most of the subscription databases can be accessed via the Research Portal; but the following databases have to be searched while on campus: Chronicle of Higher Education, Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal Collection (Science Direct), and Naxos Music Library.
• Users may login to the Research Portal while on campus but it is not necessary as all the databases are available on the Library’s Web site. The Databases Alphabetical Link lists all the databases.

• This research tool helps you create MLA or APA citations, bibliography lists, and take notes.
• Create a user account while on campus and you'll have access to this tool anywhere.
• Users may also access NoodleBib to create an account after logging into the Off Campus Research Portal.
