Academic Advisors help plan your semester course scheduleand assist in mapping out a comprehensive educational plan designed to meetyour degree, career, and/or transfer goals. New students taking six or more credits who plan to receive anAssociate degree or Certificate, or transfer to a four year institution arerequired to meet with an Academic Advisor prior to registering for their firstsemester. All returning students are encouraged to meet with an AcademicAdvisor at least once each semester.
