Substance Abuse Policy

The use and/or sale of drugs and unauthorized use and/or sale of alcohol on any Lake Michigan College property is illegal and counter to the mission of the College. Any violation of College policy and/or the law in this regard is punishable by law and subject to disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from Lake Michigan College. The College provides students with information and referrals to support groups and community agencies. Students seeking assistance with a substance abuse concern should contact a College counselor.
