MU NU PHI THETA KAPPA
HONOR SOCIETY
PHI THETA
KAPPA (PTK) - Phi Theta Kappa is the only International Honors
Society for the two-year college. Our chapter name is "Mu
Nu". Membership in PTK involves the student in academic,
social, community and college service activities. Although members
are encouraged to become involved in chapter activities, they
are not required to do so. Membership requirements are a minimum
of 12 credit hours completed with at least a 3.25 GPA. For more
information, please contact the PTK Advisor and Director of
Student Life at (269) 927-8100 ext. 5206.
For additional PTK information
visit the Phi Theta Kappa International
Headquarters and the Phi
Theta Kappa Michigan Region websites.
Also, please be sure to log
into WaveLink periodically. If you have not requested to be admitted
to the Phi Theta Kappa Group page, be sure to submit for admittance
as it is a restricted club page. We will continue to utilize the
calendar as a means of communication of upcoming meetings and
events.
To request admittance:
Log onto WaveLink, click the Groups Index Tab. Click "social",
and a list will appear, and click Phi Theta Kappa. It will prompt
you to request permission for access from the administrator or
club leader. Simply type in your name and a small statement letting
us know you are a member. Check back in a couple of days, and
you should be admitted. You will only have to request permission
for access once. Once you have been admitted, this group will
be accessible to you each time you log onto WaveLink.
