In the event that the Upward Bound staff and scholars are on a field trip and will be delayed 30 minutes or more in returning as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, a voice message will be available at 927-7061.

Please call this number 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of arrival. If there is a delay, you will be given a new estimated time of arrival.

If the regular outgoing message is heard, we anticipate returning as scheduled.
