Art Night in the Fab Lab

Bring your own dinner and create a piece of art in the Fab Lab. You'll choose from over 10 different designs and laser your picture onto an 8 x 10 art canvas. After it's lasered, you'll let creativity take over and paint your creation however you choose.

Pictures that we currently have include butterfly, cat, dalmation, dragons, grasshopper, mermaid, parrot, fish, worms and zebra. We also have a variety of super heroes, dinosaurs and college/university logos to choose from as well.

The Fab Lab at Lake Michigan College is an open access digital fabrication studio and collaborative workshop. We provide access to information, tools, software and space for anyone who has an interest to learn and create. The Fab Lab provides open access to design software, laser cutters, 3D printers, vinyl cutters, sewing machines, mini-lathes, woodshop, CNC router (ShopBot) and hand tools.
