Enhance your skills to get the job you want

Train for a new career in less than a semester! Short Term Training offers non-credit programs for up-skilling and continuous improvement. The theories and skills taught in our short term training programs may apply to small, large, non-profit, and government organizations.

Programs are currently being offered in Healthcare Training and Hospitality Training.

Healthcare Training

Job growth in the healthcare industry is expected to remain strong in southwest Michigan.

A career as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) can begin with less than one year of training. Courses are offered at LMC campuses several times a year.

LMC also offers a four-hour course in AHA Basic Life Support CPR/AED that results in an American Heart Certification.
