Kesha was born and raised in Benton Harbor, MI. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.S. in Advertising & Public Relations and received her M.Ed in Education: Student Affairs & Leadership[. Currently, she serves as the Pre-College Coordinator/Advisor for the TRIO Upward Bound Program.
She has a passion for mentoring students to achieve their goals and shows students how she relates to them being both an Upward Bound and TRiO alumni. Her focus is on working with first-generation students to help guide them to higher education with resources and goal-setting abilities.

Kesha enjoys spending time with her parents and pet Labrabull "Frisko" and creating content in the social media space.
