Why study culinary management at LMC?

Get your hands (deliciously) dirty. Our culinary program trains you in every aspect of food preparation, from presentation to proper technique to pastry and more.

Creation station. Culinary management at LMC teaches you how to do more than cook. You’ll take classes in human resources, food law, marketing and finance – everything you need to run your own eatery or restaurant.
