Under normal circumstances, all courses published in the official class schedule will meet on the day(s) and time(s) originally published. However, the College reserves the right, under extraordinary circumstances, to alter the day(s) and/or time(s) of a class at the supervising Dean’s discretion.

Notification of class day(s) and/or time(s) changes should include:

1. Approval of the supervising Dean.
2. The supervising Dean will notify the Department/Program Chair.
3. The Department/Program Chair will notify the faculty member, Division Coordinator, and Student Services following the class cancelation process.
4. Students enrolled at the time of the revision will receive an automated notification and Advising will contact the student to notify them of the change and made schedule adjustments if necessary.
