Agriculture - Viticulture

Lake Michigan College is now home to the Great Lakes Wine Institute, the Midwest's first and only commercial teaching winery. Students will learn all aspects of the wine industry, including agriculture, winemaking, and the business of sales, marketing, distribution, and logistics. Students who complete the two-year program will earn an Associate Degree in Enology and Viticulture. Classes begin in Fall of 2015.

Teaching the Science, the Art, and the Business of Wine
