In coordination with representative from the functional areas, Carmen evaluates and recommends changes to Banner by Ellucian to streamline processes according to business rules and best practices in Higher Education. She helps design, plan, and implement new automated processes to comply with Federal Regulations and advance the Organization’s Strategic Plan. With a combination of a Master in Business Administration and a B.S. in Computer Science, Carmen brings to LMC the necessary skills to provide data analysis, troubleshooting, and error resolution.
