Cancer Walk

This year, the resident’s assistants and Beckwith Hall are trying to plan events that are not just catered to the residents but also to faculty, staff and students not living in Beckwith. As we are in the month of October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we want to bring awareness to those affected by this disease and show our support. Collaborating with Women in Business and Honors Club, on October 19, 2018 we will be doing the first ever Beckwith Hall Cancer Walk. It will begin at 7:30 pm and will be held at the Soccer field behind Beckwith. Snacks will be provided and we would also like to ask those that have been affected by this disease to come out and if they are willing to share their story with us.
There will be a banner by the bookstore starting next week October 15-19, where students and faculty will be able to leave a message.
Please join us as we show support and walk for those affected by breast cancer!
