Smoking and Tobacco Cessation Program – LMC is committed to helping employees ready to break the tobacco habit. Membership to a smoking tobacco cessation program with live counselors and on-line support is made available at no cost to employees and their spouses.

Free and confidential access to an Employee Assistance (EAP) Program- The CIGNA EAP is a free and confidential program for employees and their families 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. CIGNA’s professionals and specialists can provide assistance in managing issues in your personal life including assessment, support and referrals to additional resources such as local counselors.
