Red Hawk Refuel Pantry
Welcome to the Red Hawk Refuel Pantry!
We are open to all currently enrolled students.
Here you’ll find food and toiletries, at no cost to you, so that you can focus on your education, not hunger!
How to get started:
- Click Order Now, then Login Here, and sign in using your LMC username and password.
- On your first login, complete the one-time registration form.
- Choose your pickup location, then select date and time.
- Browse items and place your order (you have 10 points per week).
- Click Open Cart to Checkout, add a comment if needed, and select Checkout Now.
- Review your order confirmation for pickup details.
- Bring your LMC ID number for pickup (listed as your Account Number on your receipt).
Please note:
- Frequency: One order can be placed per calendar week.
- Points: Ten points are provided to each student per week to use towards pantry items. Points reset weekly and cannot be accrued.
- Pickup: You will schedule your pick-up day and time while ordering.
- Allergies: Pantry items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soybeans, fish, shellfish, and dander.

LMC Closings and Holidays
When LMC is closed or operating remotely the Red Hawk Refuel Pantry will be closed. If you have an order set to be picked up on a day the school is closed or operating remotely, your order will be canceled and you will need to submit a new order. Questions/ concerns can be directed to foodhub@lakemichigancollege.edu.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in to the Pantry Order page?
Use your LMC username and password to log in. The pantry order page uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so no separate account is needed.
Do I need a phone number to place an order?
No, a phone number is not required to check out. However, please keep your email address (and phone number, if you have one) up to date so you can receive pickup reminders. If you do not have a phone number, that is okay—be sure to check your email for updates.
Where do I pick up my order at the Benton Harbor Campus?
Address: 2755 E. Napier Ave, Benton Harbor, MI 49022
Pickup Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Pick up your order on the 3rd floor, L-Wing, located immediately outside the stairway/elevator. Additional details are available under the Pick-Up Information section.
Where do I pick up my order at the South Haven Campus?

Pickup Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Cold items must be picked up within one hour or they will be returned to inventory. Dry items not picked up by the designated time may be cancelled. Cancelled orders may be reordered within the same calendar week if points are available.
Why are some items missing from my order?
Items may be removed if cold items were not picked up within one hour, or if inventory levels changed before your order was packed.
What happens if the college is closed due to weather?
Please check the LMC Closure information at the top of this page for updates on campus operations and pantry pickups.
What if the college is closed for an extended period, such as winter or spring break?
If the college is closed for an extended break and you anticipate needing support, please contact foodhub@lakemichigancollege.edu in advance to make arrangements for an additional bag pickup during these closure periods.

How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint
To file a complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (Form AD-3027). The form is available:
