Courses are offered at the Todd Center on LMC's Benton Harbor Campus, 2755 E. Napier Ave. Registration is required for all classes, and space is limited.
Professionalism & Soft Skills Bootcamp

This one-day accelerated session focuses on communication, time management, and interpersonal skills that make employers take notice when hiring and making promotions.
Attendees will learn:
- Time management techniques for better organization and increased productivity
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication strategies
- How to positively interact with co-workers, managers, and customers
- Strategies to successfully handle workplace conflicts
- How to build a professional image
- The art of networking
- How to create an action plan for continued professional growth

Women in Business: From Self-Judgment to Strategic Influence

Sales Mastery Bootcamp: Maximize Your Sales Potential

Led by sales strategist Brent Curtis, who has more than three decades of success in advertising, consumer services, and sports organizations, this intensive, hands-on bootcamp teaches the methods that set high-performing salespeople apart from those who struggle to meet quotas. Participants will learn to:
- Build lasting customer relationships rather than relying on transactional selling
- Apply the 3 P's of purchasing and identify the real decision-maker
- Plan and lead sales calls that move deals forward
- Handle objections with confidence and get to "yes"
Attendees will leave with a proven sales framework and field-tested tactics they can use right away.
