LMC's Campus Transformation will reinvent the Lake Michigan College experience for every student, employee and visitor who enters our doors. You can read further details about the transformation in the project request, and the millage proposal that was constructed in 2016. Our goals for this transformation include...

  • Student Success: Modernize classrooms, lecture halls, academic and program facilities and equipment. Optimize areas for improved services like tutoring, career and transfer, and financial aid. 
  • Safety & Security: Upgrade entryways, add security cameras and address other essentials to support an environment where safety is clearly a priority. 
  • Money-Saving Critical Improvements & Energy Efficiencies: Renovations and equipment replacement,  energy efficiency Improvements, HVAC Replacement, and  upgrades to The Mendel Center
