Women in Business: From Self - Judgment to Strategic Influence

Women in Business: From Self - Judgment to Strategic Influence

If you are a professional woman seeking greater confidence, clarity, influence, and leadership impact, this session is for you.

Even the most capable women can unintentionally hold themselves back—questioning their readiness, over-preparing, or downplaying their accomplishments. This one-day bootcamp helps women move beyond hesitation and into confident, strategic influence.

Through self-reflection, peer practice, and real-world application, participants will learn to communicate their value clearly, advocate for their ideas with credibility, and influence outcomes without overexerting or over-explaining.

Led by Kathleen Curtis Wolf, leadership consultant, facilitator, and Clifton Strengths coach, this session combines practical frameworks with interactive exercises that help women show up with clarity, composure, and conviction.

You’ll learn to:

  • Identify internal patterns that dilute confidence or credibility
  • Work through the 5 perils of success
  • Articulate your unique value and contributions with authenticity
  • Communicate with presence and authority in high-stakes moments
  • Use strengths-based influence strategies to advance ideas and impact

You’ll leave with:

  • A personalized Influence Action Plan for applying your new skills
  • Practical tools to transform self-judgment into strategic influence
