The Wellness Center is located on the Napier Avenue Campus in room L-306 (above the library) and features a state-of-the-art super circuit, cardiovascular training area with broadcast television, free weights, and functional training equipment. A professional is available in the center at all times.

The Wellness Center offers:

  • State-of-the-art equipment
  • Cardiovascular training area
  • Kettle bells, battle ropes, sand bags & TRX
  • Personal health assessments (optional)
  • Group Exercise Classes  (see schedule below)

Mondays  8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays  8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesdays  8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays  8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Fridays  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays  8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

*The Wellness Center will be closed when the LMC Napier Avenue Campus is closed.

Student Memberships

Students can use the Wellness Center upon two types of enrollment:

  • college transferable credit course, or
  • student membership

LMC students who are not in enrolled in a credit course may register for student membership at $25 per semester. Beckwith Hall residents are entitled to a free Wellness Center membership.

Community Memberships

Community members can also take advantage of the great equipment and resources at Lake Michigan College's Wellness Center on the Napier Avenue Campus. Community memberships are available for $50 per semester or $120 per year. Contact (269) 927-8138 with questions and visit the Richard J. Pappas Student Service Center to sign up!
