Step into a calmer, stronger, and more balanced version of yourself with Discovering the Health and Balance Benefits of Taiji.
Rooted in the ancient practice of Tai Chi, this course introduces a gentle yet powerful form of movement designed to improve mobility, enhance balance, and promote deep relaxation. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Taiji blends slow, flowing sequences with mindful breathing to support both physical health and mental clarity.
In today’s fast-paced world, Taiji stands out as one of the most effective and accessible ways to care for your body and mind. Regular practice can help increase flexibility, build stability, reduce stress, and create a lasting sense of well-being with no intense workouts required.
This class series is ideal for beginners and for those looking to deepen their existing practice. You’ll be guided by instructor Chris Campbell, who brings over 39 years of dedication to the healing arts, including Taiji, Qigong, and meditation.
In this course, you will:
- Learn foundational Taiji movements and principles
