Employees of Lake Michigan College (the College) will be excused from work and will not lose their regular compensation when called upon for jury duty. Employees are expected to work the remainder of a workday when not performing jury duty. The employee must remit payment received from the court for jury service to the College when received. The employees may be required to submit documentation to support an absence due to jury duty.
