Dr. Kenneth Flowers spent the first 14 years of his career in manufacturing, starting in the mold making industry as an apprentice and ultimately finishing as journeyman mold maker and mold designer at Hanson Mold. Since 1997 he has worked at Lake Michigan College in the Career and Workforce Education Division as an adjunct faculty, full time faculty and Department Chair. He has been the Dean of Career and Workforce Education since 2014. He lives in St. Joseph, MI with wife Misty. Ken and Misty have two children, Austin and Lindsey, and one granddaughter, Ryatt.
