Paul is the Office Manager for Upward Bound at Lake Michigan College. In addition to his work at LMC, Paul is also very invested in the arts and with offering local high schoolers performing arts opportunities. Paul is the Color Guard Director for the Coloma Comet Marching Band. He also is Director for Coloma's Winter Guard for the Michigan Color Guard Circuit. Lastly, Paul is the Theatre Director for Coloma High School.

His previous work includes human service and government. Paul was the lead on launching the Skills Scholarship portion of the Michigan Achievement Scholarship while working with the Office of Sixty by 30 and the State of Michigan. He also managed three Michigan Works! offices across Cass and Van Buren Counties where he implemented multiple federal and state funded programs designed to lift people out of poverty and break barriers to success.

Paul has always had a passion for guiding people into higher education and career training opportunities, which brought him to Lake Michigan College to see direct impact of this work. He understands the impact and opportunity for change education brings to individuals, their families, and ultimately - the greater community.
