Shalico Sain is an Arts Educator and Director with an MA in Theatre and a Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She also holds a BA in English from Michigan State University. Shalico started performing at the age of 7 and has continued singing, acting, and directing ever since. Before joining the Drama Department at LMC, she worked as a teaching artist at The Globe Theatre and the La Jolla Playhouse, in San Diego, CA. She later ran a successful Drama program at Aliso Niguel High School in Laguna Niguel, CA, and served as the Education Director at San Diego Junior Theatre. After returning to Michigan, Shalico continued sharing her passion for Theatre Arts by running the Playmakers program in Sturgis, MI, and assisted with productions at Burr Oak Community Schools. Currently, she teaches drama courses at LMC and South Bend Civic Theatre.
