For the Fall 2020 semester, Lake Michigan College will discount tuition by 10 percent for all degree-seeking students. The 10 percent discount will be automatically adjusted to each student’s fall tuition bill and reimbursements processed to those who have already paid. The Fall 2020 semester begins Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a variety of delivery options.

The CARES Act ensured that many students who have lost jobs and income due to COVID-19 will be eligible for the same enhanced UI benefits as other workers. Lake Michigan College is additionally offering assistance through the CARES Act to students who have COVID-19 related educational expenses.
Lake Michigan College has announced the names of 671 students recognized for academic achievement during the spring 2020 semester. The President’s List includes 78 students who achieved a 4.0 GPA at full-time status. The Dean’s List includes 122 full-time students and 471 part-time students who achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher. There were 3,136 total students enrolled during the spring semester.
