Chad Dee is originally from the Southwest Michigan area and then relocated to South Bend, Indiana in the early 90s. Although still located in South Bend, Chad returned to work in Southwest Michigan in November of 2008 in a variety of roles with the MTEC of Lake Michigan College. Currently, as the Director of the Hanson Technology Center, Chad oversees events that take place in the technology center as well as the Fab Lab.
Chad graduated from Indiana Tech in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and continued on and completed his MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Management in 2003.
Tabitha DiBacco (She/Her) is a Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology at Western Michigan University. She earned her Master of Arts degree in psychology from Western Michigan University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and communication from Bowling Green State University. She currently teaches Introduction to Psychology at Lake Michigan College.
Tabitha's clinical and research interests both center on trauma. With regard to research, she has investigated factors impacting help-seeking, mental health symptoms, and treatment outcomes for populations impacted by trauma. Most recently, her research has focused on intimate partner violence and healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also strives to recognize the role of intersectionality, particularly within trauma, for her research and clinical work.
Lee is a Chicago native and has lived in Southwest Michigan since October 2019. After more than a decade as a journalist for the medical and hospitality industries, she received an Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and is currently a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Most recently she has worked as a laboratory technician at the University of Chicago and the University of Notre Dame.
Casey joined Lake Michigan College in 2019 as a Student Success Mentor and later transitioned into Admissions as an Admissions Specialist at the South Haven Campus. Casey now works as Associate Director of Advising. Casey works with our CIS and education students and her focus is helping bring access and opportunity to traditional and non-traditional students to help them achieve their educational goals. Prior to joining LMC, Casey worked for 10 years in the hospitality industry working at Walt Disney World, the Master's Golf Tournament, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels, and the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitor's Bureau.
